One interesting fact about you: I lived in Hanoi, Vietnam for a year when I was ten.

What is your favorite part about Geography: I enjoy how my professors challenge my perceptions and ideas about how the world is and should be. They challenge me to think critically and learn how to understand and view the world from multiple perspectives and scales. Most of all, I enjoy transitioning back and forth between the physical and human geography lenses, which together have taught me about the physical environment and processes that govern our world and the complex meanings and systems that people impose on the environment and each other.
